Our Story
At Frontline Benefits Group, our journey began with a shared vision to transform the landscape of employee benefits in North Louisiana. In 2022, we recognized a pressing need for a benefits agency that not only provided comprehensive solutions but did so with unwavering accountability, commitment, and integrity.

A Vision Takes Shape
It all started with a simple idea: to create a benefits agency where trust and transparency were at the core of every interaction. Our founder, Austin Eppinette, had years of experience in the industry and saw firsthand the gaps in service and the lack of genuine, personalized care. He envisioned an agency where organizations could rely on not just a provider, but a true partner in safeguarding their employees’ well-being.
